As a coach, past life regressionist, hypnotherapy practitioner and Reiki master empowering others to make lasting changes in their lives, I offer a background of grounded experience along with several years of metaphysical education and training.
I enjoyed a 30-year corporate career that I absolutely loved. I have so much appreciation for the opportunities I had, including those to lead, mentor and coach individuals and teams to achieve successful and often transformative personal, professional and business outcomes. It was in this aspect of my career that I found the most joy and fulfilment and what spurred me to evolve my career into coaching, consulting and serving as a facilitator of healing.
I have spent over a decade on my own spiritual journey, dedicating the last several years to the full-time passionate study of the universe, metaphysics and all things quantum (consciousness, physics, biology, dynamics...), challenging myself to open my mind, heal what needs to be healed (always a work in progress!), own what needs to be owned, forgive what needs to be forgiven (in myself and others) and remain ever open to evolving awareness. I am truly grateful for the many teachers I have met along the way who have inspired me to try and share what I know.
Intuitive and empathic since childhood, I am also claircognizant and clairsentient. I hold certifications in life and spiritual coaching, past life regression and hypnotherapy, and I am a Usui Reiki Master and Ordained Minister (this guarantees all sessions are absolutely private).
